  1. A yoga practice that is set up mindfully and encourages you to be present and aware has the power to change everything. It can transform a busy mind to a focused mind. A tired body to a light body. A sad heart to a hopeful one.

    What did you experience today?

  2. Thank you for doing what you do here, Adriene. I have been remiss in not commenting until now. I've been doing yoga with you for over a year now and it has been life-giving. You make a huge difference in the world. I hope you keep it up.

  3. I had fallen off the bandwagon for a good 9 months and this was my reintroduction to the wonderful world of Adrienne, self-care and love yesterday. Today, I am embarrassingly sore in multiple places and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for giving me hope in a dark situation.

  4. My body was urging me to do a yoga practice today, and now I know why! It was MUCH needed. Began doing yoga about 6 months ago, and now it I can't live with out it! Thank you so very much, Adriene. I'm looking forward to your next 30 Days of Yoga!

  5. I was having the mother of bad days so I decided to do this video while listening to Queen very low in the background, I dont know what was more of an experience, doing Extended childs pose to "I'm In Love with My Car" or doing downward facing dog to "Bohemian Rhapsody" either way between that and the workout, I feel great.

  6. Adriene, I have been doing yoga with you for 1 year! I suffer from anxiety and you have no idea how much these videos have helped me. My boyfriend lifts weights and he was very skeptical when we started doing yoga together. Now he is the one who forces me to do yoga when I feel lazy. 😀

    We love you! ❤

  7. This practice really offered me a fresh, anatomical view of how to connect with my body, so I could untangle my thoughts and be truly present in each sensation. When I found myself getting irritated in peaceful warrior, I knew it had more to do with my mind wanting to hurry up, but I stuck with it and felt truly blessed in the end. No blessing in hurrying. God bless you, Lady A. Thanks again.

  8. This is my favourite! I tore my left rotator cuff (shoulder) more than a year ago, had physiotherapy which helped, but now for added maintenance and strength I'm doing yoga again. Plus it just makes me feel good. Your voice is so calming, inviting and encouraging. Thanks so much!

  9. I had my puppy and toddler crawling underneath my poses but feel so amazing now! I've had shocking shoulder and neck pain for years and finally on the mend, had physio work last week and this is the first yoga session since. Ahhh bliss! I practice with your channel all the time, thanks Adriene and Benji. Namaste

  10. Thank you, Adriene! I have recently lost a lot of motivation and gotten down on myself… chicken or egg, who knows? This practice was the first one I've done in about a month and it was perfect: the perfect physical challenge and the perfect mental space. I needed perspective: my troubles are not that bad, and I am resilient. Thank you for making this a safe space.
