If you could do a more detailed video I would love it because your other two videos are helping me go in the right direction to clear my skin and reduce inflammation.

  5. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 2015. I have pretty much been in remission for almost 2 years & its definitely due to a change in eating habits. But I definitely did not lose weight, I gained a ton.. probably from the prednisone. Anywho, great video !!
